Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping on every order, every time. No minimum required.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are made to order and typically ship within 5–8 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 3–5 business days within the US. International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on location.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in their country.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Orders

Can I cancel or change my order?
Because every AMMOR & Co piece is made to order, we can only accept cancellations or changes within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, production has already begun and we cannot make changes.

My order says delivered but I haven’t received it. What do I do?
First check with neighbors and around your property. If it still hasn’t turned up within 3 business days, email us at Ammor.n.co@gmail.com and we will help resolve it.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Because all pieces are made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If there is a defect or error on our end, we will make it right. Email Ammor.n.co@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery.

Products

Will sold-out items be restocked?
No. AMMOR & Co operates on a limited-drop model. Once a piece is gone, it’s gone. Follow us on Instagram and TikTok to stay ahead of future drops.

Are your pieces true to size?
All AMMOR & Co garments are designed with an oversized, relaxed fit. If you prefer a more fitted look, size down. Check our Size Guide for exact measurements.

What fabric are your pieces made from?
We use premium heavyweight cotton and cotton-blend fleece across our collections. Specific fabric details are listed on each product page.
