Shipping

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery times are as follows:

United States: 5–8 business days
International: 10–21 business days

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all US orders over $100. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Sale items, limited drops, and discounted pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I start a return?

Email us at ammor.n.co@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you return instructions within 48 hours.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes — size exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Since all drops are limited, we cannot guarantee your size will be available. We recommend ordering your correct size at checkout.

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Orders

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After that, orders enter processing and cannot be changed. Email us immediately at ammor.n.co@gmail.com if you need to make a change.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please email us at ammor.n.co@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will make it right.

Products

Will sold-out items be restocked?

No. AMMOR&Co operates on a limited-drop model. Once a piece sells out, it is gone permanently. No restocks. No reprints. This is by design — every piece is part of a chapter in the dynasty.

How do I find my size?

All AMMOR&Co pieces are designed with an oversized, drop-shoulder silhouette. If you prefer a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down. Size guides are available on each product page.

What materials are used?

We use heavyweight premium cotton fleece, mineral-washed fabrics, and premium raw denim. Every material is selected for weight, durability, and finish. These are built to last.
